How to do a print screen!

1. Find what you want to ‘copy’ as evidence:

2. Press the print screen button: Nothing appears to happen!

3. Now go to a word document: Start Programmes Microsoft Office Microsoft Office Word Enter Or left click your mouse

5. Now press paste Or Enter

And this is what you will have!

6. Now do as you will … Maybe add some text …

Or even another print screen …

It is best if you amend the layout of your print screen: Double click on the picture, which will make it active and call up a format picture box. Click on Layout and choose the one you want. Press OK Play about until it does what you want!

Now you can add more print screens, words or even photos … Don’t forget to sign and date your evidence.

And don’t forget to save it either … you never know!! Don’t forget to change the location And give it a suitable file name Press Save

And lastly, print …
