1 Personal Planning System The Merging a New Plan Enterprise Edition

2 To merge a plan, open the Reports Menu. Under “Planning”, you will find a report called “Individualized Support Plan”.

3 Click on the arrow in the “Select Person” box, and choose the person’s name from the list that you want.

4 Click the Plan Folder you would like to merge (print).

5 You can watch while the data from the PPS merges into your Word template, or you can look away.

6 Eventually the Plan is completely merged. You can now make any changes you wish to make in the formatting of this Plan.

7 This is the way the Personal Goals and Actions appear after the information has been merged from the PPS into the Word document.

8 When you are done editing and running your spell check in Word, you can print the Plan.

9 After you have printed the document, you are ready to close the file. Go to File, Close.

10 If you are asked this question, answer “Yes”.

11 Click OK to Close Word, and you will asked to “Save as an unfinished draft”, or “Save and Sign”.

12 To “Save and Sign” you must enter your password, and then you can click the “Save and Sign” button.

13 To Summarize... Choose the “Individual Support Plan” from the Reports - Planning menu Select the person, and the plan folder When the document is done merging, you can spell check and edit it Save the file when you are done
