How to Save a Picture to the Computer or Jumpdrive

MontageMob is based upon smart phone technology and builds upon contribution from many people to make up the video. Using this PowerPoint presentation provides a simple process to compose individual pictures that need more enhancement than pictures sent from a smart phone. Typical use may be; 1.Create a Title slide for the MontageMob Video. 2.Adding captions to a select group of pictures. 3.Develop Sponsorship recognition. 4.‘Call-to-Action’ slides.

This PowerPoint file has been formatted for MontageMob. The main considerations; 1.Leave the Page Setup with the dimensions of 7.2x4.65 inches. This is necessary to make certain the images will fit in MontageMob templates. 2.You can design edge to edge on each slide. 3.PowerPoint animation does not translate to the exported slides, so don’t do it. 4.There may be some plugins or features that will not export to jpg files. So check your jpg files before sending to MontageMob. 5.While developing you slides, remember to save the PowerPoint project as a regular PowerPoint file. When you are ready to send to MontageMob via , you must Save As a jpg project.There is more detail about this. But don’t forget to save as a normal PowerPoint so you can work on it later.

Remember, when you are Ready to export the slides to MontageMob, you need to SAVE AS Save the file as jpg, and be certain to remember where you are saving on your computer. The next slide will show you how to send you exported slides to MontageMob.

You will find the exported slides in a folder by the same name as the name of the PowerPoint file. Each Slide will be named Slide with a number following the name.

Now you drag-n-drop these files into an , or attachment them to an and send to MontageMob. You can use this instructional PowerPoint file as a starting point. Save as a new file name and then delete the Instructional slides and start building your own. Get started using all of you PowerPoint skills to create great pictures for your MontageMob video.
