1. This booth planner has been designed to show the 8 booth styles available to CPD-LIVE Exhibitors.
On each booth you will find 4 to 6 banners. You can use this planner to design your booth layout and select the booth that best suits your needs.
Each banner can be linked to
product pages
web pages
video/audio files
online forms
This planner has 2 sections that can be used, depending on your level of experience with PowerPoint. Section 1 has actual size “place holder” images showing the required dimensions. You can replace these place holder images with your own.
To replace a “place holder” image
1. right click on the “place holder” image
2. select “change picture”
3. locate the image required on your computer
4. select the required image filename
5. select “Open”
Section 2 has the banners “cut out”, so you can Banner your images behind the booth (layer) and experiment with sizing and Bannering.
Once you have your layout finalised, you can save the slide as an image to upload as the “Booth Layout Guide” if you wish.
select the File tab >> Export >> Change File Type
select Image File Type as PNG
select Save As
Be sure to name your files according to the required Banner eg. “Booth1-Banner1”, “Booth1-Banner2” etc.
It is essential that the dimensions for the images is strictly adhered to. Images should be either .jpg or .png format.
It is highly recommend that you save all files related to your booth in the same folder so they can be easily found when uploading.

Each booth provides 3 places where you can link to content such as documents, videos, images and forms.

Content Tabs
Content tabs will appear below your booth, and can be used to link to any URL (webpage).
Because the space available for these tabs is limited, this planner includes up to 5 tabs that you can use to determine the required text for each tab.
You don’t have to use all the tabs.

1. insert the image required
2. move to the required location
3. send backward until behind the booth
4. adjust size and position as required
