Green vegetables and fruit will help keep your eyes healthy and lower the risk of certain types of cancers!

White vegetables and fruit will help keep your heart and arteries healthy!

Blue and Purple vegetables and fruit will improve your memory (so you can remember more things)!

Yellow and Orange vegetables and fruit will help keep your eyes healthy and help boost your immunity! They also help to keep your teeth and gums healthy and heal cuts and wounds faster. Wow!

Red vegetables and fruit will help keep your heart and arteries healthy and your memory working well!
