VITAMIN A Vitamin A: Protects your eyes and skin Helps you see at night Helps keep you from getting infections Found in: Red and Orange fruits and vegetables Dark green vegetables WHAT OTHER KINDS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES HAVE VITAMIN A?

VITAMIN C Vitamin C: Helps your body heal cuts and bruises Keeps your gums and teeth healthy Found in: Many fruits, especially citrus fruits Some vegetables like tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes and broccoli WHAT OTHER KINDS OF FRUITS HAVE VITAMIN C?

VITAMIN D Helps the body have strong bones Absorbed from the sun 15-20 minutes without sunblock Added in: Milk and some dairy products Added into cereals
