B. W. Harris Episcopal School Alumni Association-USA, Inc. Capital Campaign Committee Every gift adds up! Every gifts makes a diffrence!

The Capital Campaign Committee . Our mission is to develop and implement opportunities for affordable and targeted giving to B. W. Harris Episcopal School, in order to permit any donor to give at a level that that meets their donation goals.

B. W. Harris Episcopal School Alumni Association-USA, Inc B. W. Harris Episcopal School Alumni Association-USA, Inc. Endowment Fund . The primary objective of the Endowment Fund is to ensure the long term financial viability of the Association and the school by putting aside funds for the future. Members are urged to make specific donations to the Endowment Fund in any amount. Additional funding of the Endowment Fund is generated from unspent budgeted allocations as specifically recommended by the National Chair and approved by the Executive Board.

.

Lifetime Membership . Life Membership is opened to members and friends of B. W. Harris who have demonstrated a high level of financial commitment to the school by contributing to the Hall of Fame, Wall of Recognition, and Wall of Memory or Spartan Pride, and achieve “Gold Club” staus. Life Membership is achieved by Gold Club members who make an additional contribution of $1200.00 in one or more installments, which payment must be completed in a maximum of 24 months.

.

“Gold Club” . The Alumni Association's "Gold Club" represents contributors who have demonstrated a high level of financial commitment to the Association by contributing to the Hall of Fame, Wall of Recognition, and Wall of Memory or to Spartan Pride. "Gold Club" status is a recognition of their generosity. Membership in the "Gold Club" is a necessary pre-requisite to achieve Lifetime Membership.

.

Hall of Fame membership is enshrined with a gift of $500.00. The Hall of Fame . Hall of Fame membership is enshrined with a gift of $500.00. This level of contribution includes the annual registration fee for Convention. Contributions from "Hall of Famers" support all aspects of the Association's programs, including technology, building renovation, teachers' salary subsidies and scholarships. The generosity of Hall of Fame donors offers the Association flexibility, and the capacity for undertaking special projects. The Hall of Fame constitutes a leadership circle of Alumni contribution. .

.

The Spartan Wall of Recognition . Placement on the Spartan Wall of Recognition is achieved by a donation of $200.00. Donations at this level offer significant capacity to the Association to fund building and other infrastructural maintenance/renovations, while sustaining its other programs. $100.00.00 of the Wall of Recognition contribution is specifically designated to fund maintenance/renovation of the school building. The other $100.00 will be used to support other Alumni Association's programs.

.

The Spartan Wall of Memory . The Spartan Wall of Memory offers an opportunity to honor the sacred memory of our departed loved ones. Placement on the Spartan Wall of Memory is achieved by a minimum donation of $150.00. The Wall of Memory is opened to any departed loved one that the contributor elects to honor.

.

Spartan Pride . Imagine if every Spartan showed Spartan Pride each year by giving $100. Participation at the Spartan Pride level offers an opportunity to show meaningful and ongoing commitment to the school. Every Spartan who does not contribute at the Endowment Fund, become a Lifetime Member, enter the Hall of Fame, give at Wall of Recognition level or honor a departed loved one during the year is encouraged to show their Spartan Pride with a gift of $100.00.

.

Spartan Annual Giving . Annual giving offers a unique opportunity to give whatever amount you wish. Your annual gift, regardless of size, will be greatly appreciated. It would represent an affirmation of your strong commitment to B. W. Harris. The Alumni Association’s annual support for the school is absolutely critical to the students.

.
