3 Set Club Goals Our club through a community fundraising activity will raise $2,650 by March 1, 2017 to support Rotary’s End Polio Now campaign. Also, set your goals for: Sustaining members Paul Harris Fellows Paul Harris Society Members

4 Basic Individual Recognitions
Sustaining Member —When a member gives $100 or more per year to the Annual Fund Paul Harris Fellow —When a member gives $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus, or an approved Foundation grant Paul Harris Society —When a member gives $1,000 or more annually to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus, or an approved Foundation grant.

5 Club Banner Recognitions
100% Paul Harris Fellow Club: For clubs in which all dues-paying members are Paul Harris Fellows. This is a one-time recognition. 100% Paul Harris Society Club: This recognition is awarded to clubs in which every active (dues-paying) member has contributed a minimum of $1,000 outright to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, or an approved global grant during a given Rotary year.

6 Club Banner Recognitions
100% Foundation Giving Club: For clubs that achieve an average of $100 in per capita giving and 100 percent participation ($25 minimum), with every active (dues-paying) member contributing some amount to any/all designations, including the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, approved global grants, and the Endowment Fund, during the Rotary year. 100% EREY Club For clubs that achieve an average of $100 per capita to the Annual Fund and every active (dues-paying) member must personally contribute $25 or more to the Annual Fund during the Rotary year..

7 Additional Avenues for Giving to TRF
Benefactor: When you include the Endowment Fund as a beneficiary in your estate plans or when you donate $1,000 or more to the fund outright. Benefactors receive a certificate and insignia to wear with a Rotary or Paul Harris Fellow pin.

8 Additional Avenues for Giving to TRF
Bequest Society: When you give $10,000 or more via your estate plans. Bequest Society members are recognized with an engraved crystal recognition piece and a Bequest Society pin

9 Additional Avenues for Giving to TRF
Major Donor: When your cumulative donations reach $10,000. Major Donors can choose to receive a crystal recognition piece and a Major Donor lapel pin or pendant.

10 Additional Avenues for Giving to TRF
Arch Klumph Society: When your cumulative donations reach $250,000. Recognition includes an induction ceremony and your picture and biography in the Arch Klumph Society interactive gallery at the Rotary International headquarters in Evanston, Illinois.

12 Metrics for Greatness in 2016-2017
Contribute $100 per capita to the Annual Fund. (Presidential Citation—will also qualify club for Sustaining Membership) Increase the number Rotary Direct participants or Paul Harris Society members by more than 10%. Attend a District educational seminar during the Rotary year. Give a minimum of $500 to the Rotary Peace Center, or at least one member attend a Rotary Peace Conference. Achieve a minimum PolioPlus contribution of $2,650. (Presidential Citation)

13 Metrics for Greatness in 2016-2017
Achieve 100% EREY status with the Rotary Foundation with a contribution of at least $26.50 from each member. (Presidential Citation) Provide Rotary and/or Foundation information during at least one club meeting per month. Encourage Community Service Chair to conduct a community service project that addresses one of Rotary’s six areas of focus. Work with Public Image Chair to define and communicate what Rotary is and does by using Rotary International’s Humanity in motion or “This close” advertisements. Increase the total number of Benefactors and Bequest Society members in the club by at least one. (Presidential Citation)
