The Role of Minibus Taxis in a New IPTN Driver Behaviour Network Coverage Maximizing utilization and unit earnings to produce better results Line-Haul Routes Feeder Services Are the feeder service routes optimized and running efficiently? Is there a case for changes to the feeder services? Are there services in the area that could be serviced as a dedicated direct shuttle? Are there areas in the catchment that are poorly served by for-profit services, and a case could be made for a network-level subsidy?
