4 AIR TRAVEL (FLIGHTS) Once a flight has been booked and a ticket has been issued, and the stakeholder does not board the flight, it is the responsibility of a stakeholder to inform CHIETA immediately. Stakeholder should limit the number of changes to air tickets. In the event that a stakeholder wishes to change his/her flight date or time after the itinerary has been issues, it is their responsibility to do so through the Airline where a booking has been made in order for a stakeholder to settle the difference incurred. Stakeholders will be responsible for any fruitless expenditure incurred due to no-show on flights and accommodation. Stakeholders must inform the Chamber administrator immediately as soon as they realises that they will no longer attend the meeting/workshop.
