WHAT DO WE DO? Making innovation happen is a full-time job for us; even a lifetime obsession for some. Every new batch of joinees at Codenation brings with it a fresh infusion of ideas and enthusiasm that catalyses the entire organization. We are constantly working on meaningful projects that are interesting and challenging. The products that emerge are effective, powerful and solve some of the most pressing problems in the most elegant manner. However the nature of what we now do as CodeNation Innovation Labs makes it imperative to keep it all top secret and under the wraps as we have 25+ products developed and patenting is underway .

JCNU (INTERN PROGRAMME) The 2 month internship programme in Bangalore is a snapshot of the challenging work at CodeNation, that an intern has an opportunity to work on when he/she joins the JCNU programme. Like our CNU program , JCNU is a 2 month programme based on the ideals and principles of the CNU programme. The internship :- - provides intern an opportunity to work on live projects, ideate for new product features that can exponentially solve problems - Suggest technical solutions that will help solve these problems. - Create and deliver these solutions, so that it generates immense value .

JCNU culture is similar as CNU, it gives interns autonomy to work on the projects assigned and an opportunity to make decisions regarding structure, optimisation and control flow. The thinking is driven precisely in the direction of innovation and creativity where the intern goes through a tedious process of research and guidance to come up with the possibility of software products that can be developed and marketed to our end customers. The programme is designed to challenge the thinking of a fresher and give him greater insights into the corporate world of software development and see the impact of what their work means to the organization. This is followed by fun company sponsored outings and activities to inculcate healthy work life balance thinking. Interns work out of Bangalore and receive a generous stipend of Rs.75,000 along with other benefits.(like meals, fun outings)....

CNU(Training programme for Software Development Engineers) Modeled after the ‘US Navy Seal Training Program’, CodeNation University is designed to push new recruits to their limits. CNU focuses on creating an incubation environment with optimal conditions for a fresh graduate to undergo accelerated learning at a fast pace and become a thorough problem solver at the end of 3 months. BEST PART IT HAPPENS IN DUBAI for 3 awesome months!!!!

The recruited students are paid full salaries during the entire duration of the training and all expenses, including travel, accommodation and other fun activities are on us. From bringing in the best food to getting the laundry done, we foot the bill for all menial tasks, making sure the process of learning gets the undivided attention it deserves.
