(This level is very rarely achieved due to the rigor of our standards) Report Card Overview Your child will be graded using the number scores of 1, 2, 3, and 3+. 3 + = Exceeds Standards - In addition to the 3, makes applications and inferences beyond expectations (This level is very rarely achieved due to the rigor of our standards) 3 = Meets Standards - Consistently and independently 2 = Progressing toward meeting standards (This level is common as we are still progressing towards meeting our standards) 1 = Limited progress or does not meet standards

Homework: Teasley is a homework free school. This does not include reading. The expectation is that your child would read ~20 minutes, including with you and independently. Students will be provided with books that are on their level for reading at home.

Daily Take-Home Folder Please look at daily Take out any papers to be kept at home Sign any papers and return if needed Any changes in transportation should be put in the front pocket so that I receive it

Classroom Management Students will receive rewards/consequences based on their choices Students are responsible for their own behavior and choices Class Dojo to communicate behavior with goal of 10 points Parent Communication Form

Flexible Seating Students will be able to choose their own seat for independent work They are responsible for choosing a place and friends to sit next to wisely Teacher choice will be made if students are not principled in their decision

Daily Schedule Will be posted to our class website Specials: 9:05-9:55 Recess: 11:15-11:35 Lunch: 12:49-1:19 Instruction will start right after announcements. It is imperative that your child is on time!

Snacks and Celebrations! Birthday treats can be sent in. Please be adherent to any allergies that may be present in the class. They will be passed out during lunch. Please email me at least 24 hours in advance. Birthday invitations will not be passed out unless the entire class is included. Please sign up for snacks each month on the class website.

Important Information School begins at 7:50 (students in class and ready) Breakfast: (until 7:35 for car riders) Lunch: (12:49-1:19) Join us anytime.  Please do not bring any outside food. ASP: until 6 pm, $10 registration fee, $7 per day Library: We will go every 1-2 weeks for story and check out. Specials: The website home page has the schedule and where we go each day.
