Get To Know LastPass SSO What is Single Sign-On Single Sign-On, or SSO, connects you to your work apps without the need to enter passwords. What we do Behind the scenes, LastPass uses a secure protocol called SAML 2.0 that authenticates you to a service, rather than a traditional password on a login page. Once your LastPass admin configures the apps that will be using SSO, they will appear in your LastPass portal, too.
