HISTORY Officially began in 2008 Spearheaded by Bob Grauberger, a lead lineman at F&M An idea to have a fund created where employees across the company could pool their money to help other employees in need. Original seed money was $1,800 provided by the company in 2008 As of 7/1/2019 the REACH board has approved 20 (twenty) matching grants and 1 (one) direct grant (see chart below for the complete history). Since our inception we have issued a total of 314 matching and direct grants.
OVERVIEW Fund Balance as of 7/1/2019 is $1,210,573 2008 – 2014 – Total of 117 grants issued (Average of 17 per year) 2015 – 2019– Total of 197 grants issued (**Average of 49 per year) This demonstrates the need for your continued support of REACH. As of 7/1/2019 we have issued grants totaling $51,733 for the year. Since our inception we have granted $698,282.
