Why do people play sports? For fun To make friends To improve skills (for example coordination skills) For healthy competition – for the excitement and the challenge To push themselves, to see what they can achieve To gain a feeling of accomplishment To increase self-confidence To stay in shape or get fit

Reminder… Values: Definition: principles or standards of behaviour; one's judgement of what is important in life. (oxforddictionaries.com) Human values are the principles, standards, convictions and beliefs that people adopt as their guidelines in daily activities. (reference.com)
