How does the pricing system work? TXGB works on a simple payment model No access charge for distributors No transaction fee for distributors Each distributor sets its own commission rate … suppliers choose which they want to work with No ongoing charges for distributors

How does payment process work? Supplier direct payment On account payment Suppliers receive funds into their bank account at the time the booking is made You take the payment directly from the consumer and settle with the supplier using your normal processes. Distributor commissions and booking fees are automatically settled by TXGB in the following month TXGB will send the supplier an email reminding them of the booking and the need to collect payment from the OTA or agent Applicable when you use either TXGB eXchange API or the white label tools Applicable only when you use the TXGB eXchange API

How do you ensure quality of suppliers? Live data so information is accurate Distributors can block a supplier if required Optional process for distributors to approve suppliers before they go live On request suppliers give you access to an even wider range of product Given some suppliers are just not interested in taking on the work of online bookings TXGB has created a specific flow within TXGB called ‘on request’ You can identify these type of suppliers within the TXGB eXchange API and choose to use them or not. In this flow you can present ‘on request’ suppliers to your customers whereby when a customer selects an ‘on request’ supplier TXGB will notify the supplier there is a potential booking and allow the supplier to accept or decline the booking.

What marketing activity tools does TXGB open up to me? Distributors can create marketing campaigns featuring selected product from TXGB e.g. led by region, category etc.
