Pineapple Rice By: Filip Střihavka

Ingredients: One pineapple Oil (five table spoons) Garlic (three peaces) One onion One red pepper Some Prawns (in case you want) Rice (three cups) Ginger (two spoons) Soy sauce (two spoons) Chopped coriander (two spons) Cashew nuts (in case you want) Chilli, salt and peaper (as you want)

Procedure: Boil the rice and let it cool. Cut the pineapple on two halfs. Remove the inside from the pineapple and cut the inside on little pieces. Put the oil on a hot pan. Put the garlic and the onion on the pan with the oil. Fry the onion and the garlic a bit. Put the prawn (in case you have them) on the pan and fry them for three minutes. Put the pepper, ginger, soy sauce, chilli and pineapple pieces on the pan. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Procedure (part 2) Put the pan out of the fire. Put coriander and the rice together and mix it Add some salt and peaper in the mixture. Put the mixture in the pineapple halfs. Roast the cashew nuts and put them on top of rice, which is in pinapple halfves. Better look and taste ensured.

Pineapple rice in Malaysian restaurant at Kuala Lumpur Local people did it for us and it was great. We had it when we visited China town in Kuala Lumpur.
