4  4 eggs  5 large potatoes  Onion  Salt  Parsley  Olive oil

5  Peel and cut into little pieces the potatoes and the onions.

6  Place oil in sauce pan and heat.

7 1. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes and the onions to the oil carefully and stir.

8  When the potatoes and the onions are cooked, remove from the oil to a bowl.

9  Empty the oil from the sauce pan.

10 Beat the four eggs.

11  Add the eggs, onions, salt, parsley and potatoes the sauce pan.

12  Turn over the omolette with a plate.
