TIMELINE Saturday, August 10 0400-0500: Open Mess Breakfast Uniform – ACU 0500: Bn/Co TACs depart via 2 15-passenger vans 0510: 1st Call for buses 0515: Formation/Accountability 0520: Load 0530: Departure 0730: Approximate Arrival @ Page Field Cadets report to TAC NCOs as instructed Move to Event assigned 0800: Exercise Begins 1200: Move to lunch location 1300: Exercise Resumes 1900: Endex/Clean up 1930: Load Buses/move to E-Beach 1945: Dinner/AAR/Departure approximately 2100

Cadet Uniform & Pack List Uniform of the day: Full ACU w/cover + water bottle [Any cadet who has experienced heat related issues will wear reflective belt across chest; any cadet allergic to insect bites provide information to Operations & Training prior to exercise] In Laundry Bag or Backpack: >Citadel Summer PTs [shorts & t-shirt] + reflective belt >Ankle socks with athletic shoes >Towel & soap >Change of undergarments to include ACU t-shirt >Change of boot socks >Insect Repellent >Sunscreen

Organizational Tasks/Responsibilities >Regimental XO/S1: oversees the development of bus manifests, monitors all loads, & reports accountability >Battalion Cdrs/SGMs: actively engage in formations & accountability efforts throughout exercise >Bn TAC NCOs: organize cadets into sub-groups NLT Thursday evening, accompany cadets enroute, supervise unloading at Page Field, serve as primary lead of their respective Battalion through the exercise >Bn & Co TACs: assigned responsibility of an event, present objectives of the event to each cadet group, insure proper execution

Logistics Support Overall Responsibility: Operations & Training w/ Sodexo >Cadets to pickup extra water/gatorade, fruit, energy bars in mess following breakfast >Accompany group to Parris Island w/support vehicle >Water Points [2] provide Gatorade + energy bars -Set up NLT 1000 -Maintain supply & ice throughout day [Troop Mess] -Collect debris & containers at Endex >Pickup box lunches from troop mess at 1030 to deliver to Tower and Thunderdome

Medical/Media Support Overall Responsibility: Operations & Training >The Citadel Sports Medicine provides 2 Trainers from start to endex – roving among events >Shoreline Medical Transport provides ambulance on-site from 0800 to endex >Citadel van available for transport on-site >Backup Plan – Parris Island Fire & Rescue >The Citadel Office of Communications and Marketing POC: Stan Adams
