What’s in it?? Title- top of page Objective- statement of the purpose of the lab, be specific! Equipment- bulleted list Procedure- numbered sequence of steps (brief, but detailed) Data/Observations- record measurements and observations, any graphs and charts (organized and labeled)

What else? 7. Data analysis- Main part of the lab report! Present the data collected Discuss how you obtained data (calculations) Analyze why data is relevant Statements that support you data, NOT OPINIONS!! Longest and most difficult section to write!!

Anything Else? Conclusion- BRIEF paragraph where you Restate your hypothesis/objective Quote data that proves you did/not meet objective Describe error and how it affected data How to improve.
