How to make bread? Ingredients: 100g of Strong Flour, ½ teaspoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 75ml warm water Method: Turn oven onto 180-200 degrees. Lightly flour the baking tray. Put flour, salt, sugar and yeast into a bowl. Add any extra ingredients Add the water a little at a time. Mix together until a dough is formed. Knead for 5 minutes. Cut into 2 pieces, shape into 2 different shapes. Add any topping ingredients. Bake for 10 minutes near the top of the oven. Until the buns sound hollow when tapped.
