Presentation transcript:

By Kyle

To keep your mouth healthy you need to look after your teeth and gums. To do this you must Dont eat sugary foods Eat healthy instead of sugary foods Brush your teeth twice a day Use a fluoride toothpaste Visit the dentist regularly

Taking care of your teeth can prevent decay. Decay can be caused when you eat sugar. Every time you eat sugar it leaves plaque which can cover your teeth when you dont brush them. If it stays on your teeth it can attack them making holes. This makes the tooth hurt and tells your brain that it is painful. If this happens you need to go to the dentist urgently. They would put a filling in to stop it being painful.

If you d0nt want to get holes in your teeth you should try not to eat sugary foods as snacks. Instead eat healthy foods like Fruit Vegetables Breadsticks Crumpets Milk Water

If all children brushed their teeth from 1 years old they would have much healthier teeth. You dont want to lose your teeth and look like this

Thank you for listening. The End
