How to book private car service directly on Orbitz for Business ! Orbitz for Business has loaded the Yale discounted rates for our preferred private car vendors (Hys, Premiere and Leros) into the OFB booking tool, making it easy for you to compare rates, and book car service. From the car booking page, select Car Service, and type in your pick up/drop off points.

Please use the chart below to determine what time you would need to depart from New Haven in order to get to the airport in time. Please note, you will need to allow more time for rush hour traffic.

Most New Haven pick up and drop off locations have been stored under My Locations. Type in HVN in the box (for New Haven) and select the location you need to be picked up or dropped off at.
