Market you to companies based on your preferences. Inform you of opportunities before they hit the street. Prepare your resume before sending it to a company. Send you a preparation sheet for each interview. Telephone preparation for interviews. We provide these services at no cost to you. All of our fees are paid by the employer.  

Empyrean INTERNAL APPLICANT This is what we expect from you: Provide a complete and accurate record of your experience and skills. Contact us when any of your information changes. Make it to all interviews or phone screens that we arrange for you. If you cannot make it to an interview, please contact your recruiter immediately to reschedule. Act professionally in all interviews. Do not discuss salary information in an interview. Salary should be negotiated after the interview. If asked, explain that you have discussed your expectations with your recruiter and that you are sure that any offer would be fair. Provide feedback to your recruiter as soon as possible after the interview
