2014 Utilities Conference Contacts/roles DOT Project Managers Project Specific Inquiries Handle or direct to consultant DOT Geographic Supervisors General Questions and Issues resolution Regional Utility Coordinators Agreements/policy Communications start with our project managers and also involves our design staff and consultants. Our project managers and consultant designers need to describe the project parameters and communicate these to utilities to identify and resolve project issues. Our regional coordinators facilitate this communication and help with policy and implementation plans and agreements. The other element in our communication link is our area supervisors who share experience and help to resolve more difficult project issues. They are also a good point of contact for questions on WisDOT projects in their geographic areas. The next slide gives an overview of our area assignments and personnel, this is available as a handout at the registration table.

It is our desire to work to achieve a smooth transition from design to construction. This involves: WisDot will continue to work on these items, but we must rely on the industry to assist us in successfully completing these tasks which will ensure minimized infrastructure costs delivered in a timely manner.
