Certified Parent Peer Specialist
A certified parent peer specialist is an individual with lived experiences in parenting a child with mental health and/or substance use concerns and is knowledgeable in navigating systems of care for a child.
An active participant on the consumer’s treatment and recovery team.
A paid professional who uses their experience and training to support recovery.
You must complete an application and pass an interview to be selected for training.
Only the first 50 applications will be considered.
Training applications will only be accepted from the following counties: Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Marquette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Sheboygan, Washburn, Waupaca, Winnebago
