How It Started In the 14th century (the 1300's), a horrible disease struck Asia, Africa, and Europe. The people called this illness the Black Death. The disease started in Asia in the 1340's Were the plague Started.

What is bubonic plague? The bubonic plague is a acute infection that is in humans and various species and rodents. After a flea has fed on blood from the skin of an infected rodent( usually a rat), ingested plague bacteria multiply in the fleas upper digestive tract, And eventually obstructs it.
