7. Effects of the Plague
Between 1347 and 1352, the Plague killed 25-33% of Europe’s entire population.
Businesses went bankrupt.
Deaths caused a labor shortage.
Trade in many towns declined.
Construction and building projects stopped.
Food supplies went down and many people starved.
