1st Semester Review and Reflection

Review Policies and Procedures What should you do when you come into class each day? Where do you turn things in? If you are absent, how do you find out what you missed? How do you turn in late work? How do you get your work back?

On a lined piece of paper: Put a proper header in the top right corner Name (first AND last!) Date Period Title the page: “1st Semester Review & Reflection”

Formative How many late assignments do you have? How many missing assignments do you have? If either of these numbers are not zero, why? Or if you have everything in on time, give yourself some words of congratulations!

Formative How do you think late and missing assignments affects your understanding of what we are learning?

Summative What were your percentage scores for each assessment for the previous quarters?  What was your average assessment score? Did you do test corrections?

Summative Do you think that these grades show your understanding of the material? Why or Why not? What could you do to improve your summative grade in the 2nd semester?

Goals List 3 goals you can set for yourself for 2nd semester. Consider how you can improve or maintain your grades at a level that is acceptable to yourself, your parents, and your teacher.
