U.S. Air Force POC: Mr Sledge, JBER 1. The USFWS has been funded to place at least 4 CLEOs at Air Force installations. Locations are not yet finalized. New CLEOs are being hired and trained now. They will start work sometime next fall. The USFWS does not see any significant jurisdiction issues. They say they can all be worked out with the States, and they do that already for wildlife refuges. Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LEOSA) credentials for USAF CLEOs is in the final stages prior to issuance.
