YRRP and the services have felt the budget restraints due to the decreased operations tempo and budget cuts, but the program remains a vibrant asset to Service Members and their families. While each Service Component operates its own YRRP program, the components work together to find efficiencies, share resources, learn from each other, and share best practices EventPLUS has become one of the services strongest tools for collaboration, data management, and event management. The DoDI is currently going through the formal coordination process with an anticipated early 2018 release.
