Action Points ATAF Secretariat Strengthening the operational capabilities within the secretariat Increase stakeholder engagements & outreach to Members of parliament & policy makers Engaging regional blocs- look at common areas that ATAF can work together on Write to new governments and newly appointed CGs and inform them of ATAFs work and its impact The secretariat to continue to build programmes that are relevant to the member countries. The Secretariat to provide updates to CGs that are not on the council on all activities Look into using staff from other RA to provide training and internships Provisional Venues for trainings, workshops and conferences to be included in the calendar of activities.
