All the stored test results are displayed. The results can be selected individually and printed opened in Acrobat Reader or deleted The Administration Console is accessed from the main screen and is password- protected to ensure that only authorised persons can view test results.

OVERVIEW Both the multiple choice and the practical test are marked by the Rapid Assess application. Most of the tests consist of a multiple choice section… followed by a practical section which is completed using the actual software being tested.

Tests There are two tests available for each of the Office applications: The Basic test assesses a candidates proficiency at the Basic and Intermediate competency levels. The Advanced test assesses a candidates proficiency up to and including the Advanced level. The tests are graded in terms of Microsofts definitions of Basic, Intermediate and Advanced competency levels.
