5 SELECTING YOUR CLASS Your login allows you access to ONLY your classes and makes operation of the site much simpler for you. If you do not select your students by class, all of them will be available. This is not a problem for elementary teachers, but secondary teachers may want to select their classes to view. As students will use Benchmark to test online in the future, their passwords can also be accessed and changed from this option.

7 Select: School Year you wish—only the current year will be available in the beginning. Show Only My Students is selected for you, to prevent you from seeing the information for kids who are not in your classes. It cannot be unchecked. Student Group. This is the larger group to which your class belonged when it was tested. Select the test you wish to view.

12 Another way to get to reports is under the reports menu. Create Reports to get specific detail on groups of students. (Click Create reports) Reports:

13 Class Mastery Report gives you a list of each student along with their score for the standards you tested. It should be most useful to you for a quick look or for creating instructional groups. 16 My Completed Reports Once you have run a report it will be saved for your retrieval at any time.

17 My Completed Reports All teachers have their own reports sections. Each report you run ends up getting saved here and will stay until you delete it. 18 The report is in.pdf file format. When you view it in your Adobe Reader, you may save it anywhere you like for printing at a later date.
