Christianity In Africa By: Anabel Hernandez & Jacqueline Soto

Arrival Christianity in Africa started in North Africa.

Spread of the religion The spread started in North Africa then spread to the West and then to the East

Becoming official The religion was made official by King Ezana in the 4th century.

Christianity factor An appealing factor of the religion was that it did not discriminate.

East Africa In East Africa there was an outbreak of churches after the first World War.

Negative Many missionaries disapproved of the way Africans worshiped.

Similarities Christianity was in some ways to the ones already found there.

Ranked Christianity seems to be one of the top religions found in Africa.

Starting off Christianity’s first practices started off with slaves.

Rising Christianity is rising dramatically.
