UC Policy on Sustainable Practices Develop a methodology for sustainable practices and standards for facilities management using USGBC’s LEED EB rating system. Submit certification for one scope eligible building by July 1, 2008. Develop an inventory of all scope eligible buildings and categorized by operational and maintenance needs. Evaluate efforts to date and develop plan and funding strategy for campus wide LEED EB certification by July 1, 2009.
