Some Details receive the programme and other information agree on dates for preparation, draft a training road map inform the office if reservation of accomodation or tickets differs from usual procedure prepare the course in detail inform the office of their training materials and translation needs if possible avoid translation costs and work contact experts are responsible for the coherence of a course in particular if experts / other speakers are involved send back signature lists and evaluation sheets short report: incidents? results / steps agreed criticism & praise Y -6 weeks preparation of course and materials immediately report back to ETUI Trainers
