ELEVATOR CLOSURES: JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2019 WEST LOBBY SCHEDULE 1/8 – 1/11: P1 & P4 1/14 – 1/18: P3 & P5 1/22 – 1/25: P2 EAST LOBBY SCHEDULE 1/22 – 1/25: P9 1/28 – 2/1: P7 & P10 2/4 – 2/8: P6 & P8 GARAGE SCHEDULE 2/11 – 2/15: P18 2/18 – 2/22: P19 2/25 – 2/28: P20 As we continue our transformation of Landmark Center into 401 Park we have come to a critical juncture. In order to complete the restoration of the 1st floor lobby we will need to re-route all access from the main entrance through a new entry corridor from Park Drive into the P2 level of the garage. The new entrance as shown on the attached will bring all tenant and public foot traffic through the former staples entrance to a new corridor. We are taking great care to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience through this new path. The entry will have free access Monday through Friday 6am – 6pm functioning as the public entrance to the property and will require card access after-hours as our entry currently functions. We will station security personnel at the entry to assist visitors and provide information during this temporary condition. We anticipate this change to take place the second week of December. We will update you all with exact dates as we get closer. This change will last through the winter.   Please reach out to us regarding any questions or alternate access needs in the interim. As always thank you for your patience during this process. No more than two cabs will be closed at a time remaining cabs will be available for use at all times
