SOCIAL STUDIES: LEARNING TARGET NOTEBOOKS In social studies, your composition notebook will be referred to as your “Learning Target Notebook.” This PPT will show the basic way to complete your Table of Contents. It also shows how to number the pages. NOTE: The Table of Contents should NOT be labeled as page 1. The Table of Contents and all page numbers must be completed before the LTN is graded for the first time.

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: After you have numbered pages 1-16, the numbering format on pages will change. Do not skip a page between page 16 and the next page. The next page will be numbered in the same place, but will begin with 7.1. You will then number consecutively all the way to page 7.75.
