More Americans work in art, entertainment and design than work as lawyers, accountants & auditors. The following careers are just a few of the possibilities for those interested in creative careers. Fortune 500 CEOs stated that the most desirable quality in a worker is creativity.

Artistic Director Theater The executive of an arts organization, particularly in a theatre or dance company, who handles the organization's artistic direction. Average Annual Salary: $89, 760 Artistic Director Theater
