SOCCER UNIT Dribbling- foot taps using the instep or outside of the foot to move the ball along the field Flick – (V) a trick way of kicking the ball up in the air in a backwards motion

SOCCER UNIT Goalkeeping - Player may use their hands but only within the goalie box Heading - (V) Hitting and moving the ball with your head

SOCCER UNIT Instep- Used in kicking & passing “No toes” only inside or top of foot Push – “push pass” uses the instep to pass for accuracy & speed

SOCCER UNIT Tackling- 3 different tackles: Block Side block Slide A legal way of trying to take the ball away (V)
