US Constitution Introduction

Think of the US Constitution as a paper that one might write for a class The PREAMBLE (which means introduction) is the topic sentence/thesis or introduction – it tells the who, what, where, why, & how of the Constitution US Constitution

The “Body” of the “paper” (Constitution) would be the first 6 Articles of the Constitution US Constitution

The Conclusion would be ARTICLE 7 (Including the signatures at the end) US Constitution

The 27 Amendments would be like edits/additions/ changes to the original document US Constitution

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union… Preamble Part 1

promote the general Welfare Preamble Part 5
