6. promote the general Welfare,
encourage health, happiness and comfort

7. and secure the Blessings of Liberty
Gain and keep the gifts of freedom

8. to ourselves and our Posterity,
Everyone who later becomes part of this country

9. do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America
