We’re doing a lot right TAs and CRAs play strong role in process Trainees knew what was expected of them during training Trainees kept motivated by TA Helped them think about their future career options in the industry Tutors helpful and good teachers Learnt new skills and practiced on the job Training will help them in future jobs
