Definition of dual credit course Problems with previous process Cooperative efforts between NDDPI and NDUS New form, process and Guidance Plans for automated application and process Questions?

A dual credit course is a college course taken by a high school student for which both college credit and high school credit are awarded. If taught in the high school, the content of the dual credit course must be identical to the content of the course taught on the college campus. If taught in the high school, the course must be of one semester in length. (The college course must align with a course taught in the high school for which there is a high school course code.)

ND Century Code For purposes of determining credit, a three- semester-hour course offered by a postsecondary institution is equivalent to a full semester high school course. Recommendations from Dual Credit Task Force Scholarship consistency eTranscript
