5  Mill Village Mobile Market  Mobile Market Staff Job Description  Reports to the Market Director of the Mill Village Market, the Mobile Market Staff will lead the daily operations of the Mill Village Mobile Market. These responsibilities will include: Leading customer interactions and sales at mobile market stops; Setting up and breaking down mobile market daily; Driving the pick up truck and trailer; Overseeing financial procedures for Mill Village Mobile Market; Selecting appropriate inventory base on schedule of stops; Supervising Mill Village Farms Youth Partners and volunteers; Overseeing any public relations and marketing related activities for Mill Village Market or Mobile Market with MVF Market Director; Ensuring proper maintenance of truck, trailer and other materials. Requirements Ability to work weekend hours during Mobile Market season, May-October; Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license; Prior experience with farmers markets or grocery retail preferred; Strong social skills, including retail management experience preferred; Experience with youth (ages 13-18); A strong commitment to community engagement; A strong work ethic and ability to take initiative; Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, staff and management; Willingness to multi-task, solve problems, and make sound decisions; Basic knowledge of MS office and other basic computer skills.  The Mobile Market Staff position is a seasonal role beginning May 2016 and ending on October 31, 2016 requiring 30 hours per week of work. Flexibility around a part time class schedule is possible.

13 Education & Scholarship Opportunities  Free Online SAT Prep Course – High school juniors, seniors, and other students preparing for the SAT to enroll in a free SAT Online Prep Course. The online course helps students set goals, measure strengths and weaknesses, take practice tests, and improve essay- writing skills. Students should contact their school counselor for an access code for the Online SAT Prep Course.
