Feedback received over last 12 months ‘We had a difficult case at BCH this week and I had to contact the PSAS service for advice and support. I just wanted to let you know that everyone was really helpful, including the call centre staff, and two PSAS consultants. The case required late conversations to make the right decision and I know some of the team were providing support out of normal work hours, which was really helpful to me and much appreciated. So please pass on my thanks’. Head of Safeguarding - Birmingham Women’s & Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust “An amazing service. I don't know how myself or my child would have got through this if it wasn't for you. Thank you for reassuring me.” “You are all very kind and supportive, what you guys do is amazing” “The team have been fantastic. The whole process has been really good, the team have been really understanding and adaptable to the child’s needs” “Massive thank you for all your support and respect you showed us.
