Project goal: Project structure: To help governments and their development and humanitarian partners to pursue joint responses supporting durable solutions for displaced populations based upon comprehensive and agreed upon evidence in line with the IASC Framework through: Agreed upon, tested indicators, tools and methodologies for DS analysis Guidance and capacity building material for the use of project outputs Project structure: Leadership: Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of IDPs Technical oversight: Technical Steering Committee Coordination and implementation: Joint IDP Profiling Service Statehouse IDP settlement, Hargeisa Ayaha IV settlement, Hargeisa
