7 Transitional Justice Technical support for consultations and TJ strategy Capacity support to establish and operationalise the four proposed mechanisms: Truth Commission Office of Missing Persons Reparations: Victim and witness protection, Victim assistance programmes (community healing, psycho-social support, civil society networks to support TJ process, persons with conflict related disability) Reparations Office Accountability Mechanisms
