NEW! Student Organization Database Creating an Account Step One: Go to http://studentorgs.umhb.edu/ and click on the LOGIN button.

New! Student ORG Database Step Two: From here, choose Create New Account at the top.

NEW! Student Organization Database Step Three: Once you are an approved User, you can login with the temporary password and click on “Manage My Account” and then click Edit. From this page, you can edit your personal information.

NEW! Student Organization Database Manage My Organization(s) Step One: After you login, under Manage My Organization(s), the organization(s) you are assigned to will be listed.

NEW! Student Organization Database Step Two: On the Manage Your Organization page, you can update public information for your organization: org description, category, meeting time, public contact, etc…

NEW! Student Organization Database Step Three: Next, create your Annual Member Roster. You can choose this either on the start-up page when you login or on the left-hand navigation bar.

NEW! Student Organization Database Step Four: And finally, you can begin your Annual Checklist. This is a list of items that are required before your organization can be Active (to receive funding, etc…).
